Class Cancellation Policy

Class cancellations must be made at least 10 hours in advance for classes. If you do not cancel within the timeframe, you will lose a class credit or, for membership holders, incur a fee.

Membership holders will be charged $20 for no-shows and $15 for late cancellations. To cancel your booking, please log in to your account online.

 

Late Entry Policy

To ensure a smooth and respectful class experience, studio doors will be locked one minute before class starts. You are expected to be on your mat and ready at the scheduled start time to avoid disturbing other attendees.

If you do not arrive on time, you will not be allowed to join the class and will be charged a no-show fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 

Membership Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their membership by providing a written cancellation notice to the Studio at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via [email/in-person at the Studio].

Membership fees for the 30-day notice period are non-refundable.
